We are pleased to offer you the following evening events as part of your conference package. When registering for the conference, please indicate whether you will attend these events so that we can plan logistics.

Welcome cocktail function

We will kick off the conference with a cocktail function to be held at the conference venue, the Endler conservatorium.

Pub quiz night

[max capacity of 200 already reached] We will host a quiz-night in one of the local pubs in Stellenbosch. Come prepared to stretch those brain cells and socialise with colleagues from around the country.

Conference dinner

The conference dinner will be held at Allée Bleue in Franschoek. With stunning views, delectable food and world-class wines, this evening is sure to be a night to remember.

We are pleased to offer you the following optional excursions as part of our planned free afternoon on day 3 of the conference. When registering you should select one of these options. All options include transport and a packed lunch. We will try to accommodate everyone's choice, but we reserve the right to change these options based on capacity restrictions or any other logistical concerns.

Wine Tasting @ Middelvlei

Enjoy a ralaxing afternoon tasting wine at the award winning wine estate, Middelvlei. Enjoy the surrounds and excellent wine.

Jonkershoek Hike

For the more adventurous person, come and explore the Jonkerhoek nature reserve with its waterfalls and stunning views. How fit do you need to be? Not so much! The walk is relatively flat and not too strenuous. Comfortable walking shoes are required.

Stellenbosch Walking Tour

Stellenbosch is an historic town with many beautiful old buildings and rich heritage. Come and join us on this guided walking tour, and explore the heritage of Stellenbosch.
