Delegates booking accommodation at the Protea Hotel Ranch Resort should use the code (1487205) for the “conference blocked reservation rooms”; these rooms (Guest Rooms King & Guest Room Twin) are available until 30 August 2023, thereafter rooms will only be available as “first come, first served”.
Alternative student accommodation in bush tents can be booked at the Ranch Resort.

Bush Camp accommodation is shared 4 person per tent, separate male and female tents.

Linen and towels are provided; shower facilities and house cleaning services provided in the camp

Camp site has a Lapa with gas stoves and braai facilities

Cost 3 – 7 Dec (checking out on 8th) is R3050, includes daily breakfast at the main hotel
