The primary venue for the conference is the Protea Hotel by Marriot In Stellenbosch. The hotel is roughly 37 Km from Cape Town International Airport, and 50 Km form the Cape Town city centre. This venue provides an extensive array of conference and exhibition facilities as well as comfortable accommodation for all delegates. Please ensure in your registration that your information is accurately captured as this will be used to arrange transport from the airport to the venue and to arrange suitable room allocations as well as the  provision of any other necessary services.

The opening ceremony and scientific sessions on Sunday 11th May will take place on Stellenbosch University Campus at ‘The Endler”. This venue is 7 Km from the hotel and transport will be arranged for all delegates.
