The registration includes conference fees and accommodation at Skukuza Safari Lodge, bed and breakfast with charges as shown in the tables below. Limited students sharing accommodation is available in the Sanparks chalets on a first come first serve basis.

Registration Cancellation Policy

You need to formally cancel your registration if you no longer wish to attend. All cancellations must be received in writing on or before 15 May 2026.

If no cancellation is received, you will be liable for the fees.

No refund of registration fees will be possible if cancellations are received after the above date.

Substitutions can be made at any time. Please advise us of substitutions in writing so we can correct name badges at the registration desk.
