Registration Cancellation Policy

All cancellations of registrations must be received in writing on or before 10 March 2025. No refund of registration fees will be possible if cancellations are received after the above date. Substitutions can be made at any time. Please advise us of substitutions in writing so we can correct name badge at the registration desk.

  • The conference organisers reserve the right to take appropriate action in response to violations, including warnings, expulsion from the conference, or involvement of law enforcement if necessary.

4. Inclusive and Respectful Behaviour:

  • Treat all participants with respect and consideration, regardless of race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, disability, age, religion, or any other protected characteristic.

  • Avoid offensive or inappropriate language and behaviour.

5. Harassment-Free Environment:

  • Harassment of any kind, including but not limited to verbal, physical, or visual harassment, will not be tolerated.

  • If you witness or experience harassment, please report it promptly to the conference organisers.
