Registration Cancellation Policy

All cancellations of registrations must be received in writing on or before 22 March 2018 or you will be held liable for the fees. No refund of registration fees will be possible if cancellations are received after the above date. Substitutions can be made at any time. Please advise us of substitutions in writing so we can correct name badge at the registration desk.
