Registration Cancellation Policy

All cancellations of registrations must be received in writing on or before 31 May 2019. No refund of registration fees will be possible if cancellations are received after the above date. Substitutions can be made at any time. Please advise us of substitutions in writing so we can correct name badge at the registration desk. If you do not wish to attend the Convention you will have to cancel your registration by31 May 2019 or you will be held liable for the fees.

Please note the SACI office will be closed till the 15 January 2019 - all registrations will be done in the New Year
