If your company is interested in sponsoring this event, please fill out the form below. Every contribution, no matter the size will be gratefully accepted and acknowledged, through company logos being displayed on relevant flyers, conference booklets and electronic displays. However, we have designed a three tier structure, in order to clarify what a sponsor might expect from their contribution.

Gold R30 - R50k, Silver R15 - R29k, Bronze < R15k

Alternatively, specific items, such as student registration, the conference dinner, conference bags, flash sticks and related items will be made available for named sponsorship. Gold and Silver sponsors will be afforded space to set up an advertising stall, while Gold sponsors may be afforded a slot for a scientific presentation, or a short advertising slot prior to a plenary lecture.
